Terms of Service

Last updated: August 26, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by maîtrise Branding & Services (“maîtrise”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By requesting or purchasing services from maîtrise, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

maîtrise provides digital business services that may include branding, websites and landing pages, digital strategy, automation, artificial-intelligence-supported workflows, business analysis, customer-support systems, and related implementation services.

2. Proposals and scope

The exact scope, price, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in the relevant proposal, order, invoice, written agreement, or confirmed communication. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or a separate agreement.

3. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due according to the terms provided with the relevant service. Third-party fees such as domain registration, advertising spend, platform subscriptions, hosting, API usage, or payment-processing costs may be charged separately where applicable.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful content, required approvals, and access credentials necessary to deliver the agreed service. Clients must have the right to use any branding, text, images, data, or other materials they provide to maîtrise.

5. AI and automation

Some services may use artificial intelligence and automation. AI-generated recommendations, drafts, analyses, or outputs may require human review. maîtrise does not guarantee that automated or AI-generated outputs will be error-free or suitable for every purpose.

6. Marketing, rankings, and business outcomes

maîtrise may work to improve digital presence, search visibility, conversion paths, customer experience, and business processes, but does not guarantee specific search rankings, revenue, customer volume, advertising performance, or other business outcomes.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, the client receives rights to the final custom deliverables after applicable fees are paid. maîtrise may retain rights to underlying methods, templates, software components, automation logic, reusable systems, know-how, and pre-existing intellectual property.

8. Third-party platforms

Services may depend on third-party platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp, Google, hosting providers, payment providers, or AI platforms. Their availability, policies, pricing, and technical behavior are outside maîtrise’s control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, maîtrise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our services or third-party platforms. Our aggregate liability for a specific paid service will not exceed the amount paid to maîtrise for that service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Termination

Either party may end a service relationship where permitted by the applicable agreement. Fees already earned for completed work, committed third-party costs, or work performed before termination may remain payable.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above indicates the latest revision.
